- 18–75 years old
- 30–52 weeks of treatment

Female Androgenetic Alopecia
Mild to Moderate Hair Loss
- 18–65 years old
- 12 months treatment duration
- Compensation provided
Plaque Psoriasis
Moderate to Severe — currently or planning treatment with Taltz
- 18+ years old
- Diagnosed with psoriasis, starting treatment with Taltz
- Obese or overweight

Actinic Keratosis
Upper Extremities
- 18–85 years old
- 12-week treatment
